Does not, had to manually delete the quote since they were done before the spoiler.  I THINK any subsequent quotes will show as spoiler instead of the image.  Not sure if it is possible to do a blue image button when posting something that is NSFW.  The smarter people will need to figure that out it seems.

After checking into it, I think the spoiler tag is the best way to handle it.  So, if you're going to post something gross, type NSFW, then use the spoiler tag on the gross stuff, like this:

Sorry if that was upsetting to anyone.  It was probably a bad decision for me to post it, but also I don't think a lot of people understand what this transition surgery looks like.  Most people have watched Nip/Tuck and think a plastic surgeon can make anything look like anything you can imagine.

I think people should be allowed to see photographs of, and read accounts of, things that have actually happened, whether or not those things benefit or hurt either side politically.  You provided no context to this particular photo, which reduces its impact, and nobody is inclined to look it up because it is so gross-looking.

I might even agree that proponents of transition surgery should see lots of this type of image.  But that's not the issue here.

The issue is that we live in a society, and many of us don't want to be forced to look at photographs of gross stuff whilst otherwise innocently perusing woopig, and possibly having other people see what we're looking at.

Therefore, if there's any doubt whatsoever, the spoiler tag is the way to go.

Personally, I am glad I looked at it. I had no idea. And if that is what you want to look like or have your kid look like for the rest of their lives, why not just cut everything off, sew it up, and have nothing down there at all. That seems like it would be better than that thing I saw. At least now I have an idea of what actually happens.

Rev, I didnt care to see it, but I was not upset or offended. I just would like for us to consider in the threads that it is not expected for it to be covered some how.
