Then we have an interim for a while. Interims are almost always no help at anything.  Won't really make any meaningful changes. Months, maybe years (at least one) go by.  Nothing changes, unless we can find someone that can raise money.  That's the key. 

That's the whole key.  Find someone who can raise money, however long it takes.  Every minute we keep Yurachek is another minute we fall further behind.   Getting rid of Silverfield isn't urgent, and honestly probably isn't even happening at 1-11.

No.   Our problem is leadership.   We are the fat girl because for a couple of decades our leaders have been feeding her donuts at every meal and never getting her any exercise.

As far as the football aspect goes, we have to find a couple of things we can do running the ball.  A team has to be able to run the ball some, preferably a lot.

We can't do it at all.

Silverfield and his staff needs to find maybe 3 plays they can make work on the ground.  That would open things up so much.

I think we have a defense good enough to be respectable but the offense is holding everything back.

Next year we'll probably get a new OC and QB and put up a bunch of points but lose all the shootouts.
