Off topic but Hasz looks completely wiped out after a quarter of action. Just wonder about his conditioning...some dudes just look like they are laboring though. Washington was a bit hobbled and they kept putting him out in passing routes. I think they quietly like Washington more but Hasz is the great white hope. Literally.

I've said this a couple of times, but Hasz looks out of shape. He did last year as well.

His jersey is always soaked through, and he's winded and with hands on his hips after every play. He looked like he was going to die after his TD against OSU.

I'm with you in that I think the coaches are higher on Washington.

This right here.  I get some of the hype and all.  However, he has zero experience at that level.  Hell, he has only been a DC for not quite a full 3 years.  Prior to that he was a position coach and an analyst.  Promoting him to HC would be a silly desperation move, especially when you have a former HC on staff.  Not to mention that half the folks here hating on Pittman have complained repeatedly about his lack of HC experience prior to being elevated to the role.  The irony.

exactly. will willimas or petrino somehow magically get the right tackle not get beat every other play? will they somehow improve green's situational awareness by leaps and bounds? keep broken tight ends on the field? notice that our major problems are on the offensive side of the ball?

our defense has been amazing all things considered. especially the secondary without braxton and clark.

imo if pittman doesn't get to 6 wins, by hook or crook, he'll be gone, and he knows it.

This whole program, fanbase, and administration are sick.  It's absolutely no fun to be a Razorback fan.  Can anyone tell me what being a Razorback fan gives you?  Joy, pride, satisfaction...?  lol  It's pure fucking misery.  There is absolutely no reason to watch, care about, or donate to this shit show.

My daughter just decided she wants to go to Fayetteville.  That's great and I'm glad and all, but I have to admit a little disappointment too.  I was hoping to get a reason to become a fan of a team, university, and administration that actually cared about winning a little bit.

It's still too early to fire him. Once it's clear we aren't going to a bowl then I don't have a huge problem with it. These last couple years should have been "youth movements" but we aren't really developing any of our own talent. We outsource just about every single "good" player aside from a few here and there. I think that just smacks of players realize they aren't getting the coaching. Not getting the cheddar either. Aren't playing for a coach that embraces the new normal.

Offensive line? I've said it before and maybe I'm wrong but Harris is maybe the best player on the line. Nichols might have him beat a little. Harris was a "surprise" camp player even though his previous best experience came in the bowl game against Kansas where if anything else he looked serviceable. Last season...nowhere to be found. Couldn't get on the field. This goober head coach is only playing him because Kutus is injured. Blackstock or whatever his name is...to me is Tykiest Crawfort 2.0.

Defensive line: Quincy Rhodes Jr seems like he's built to be a star but only flashes every now and then...doesn't get enough run time. Jackson #40...that guy is a fucking queen. #0 is sluggish. 50 is OK but not really an SEC quality starter at DT. Would have been nice to have had another season with that big guy that ended up bouncing to SMU. That big motherfucker. When was the last star we've had on the line that wasn't purely an accident? Agim? Philon?

As I was saying in another thread we simply aren't getting the talent we used to get and we aren't "getting lucky" with the Jamaal Anderson types because those guys either aren't coming here or aren't sticking around if they do come. The talent in the state of Arkansas since the Nutt years has only gotten worse and it wasn't great then but was still good for producing the Madre Hills and Cedric Cobbs and once a blue moon the Andrews brothers ect. That was back when these schools didn't admit every player under the son. How many motherfuckers could have been signed and played for the hogs if it wasn't a matter of basic reading and writing skills that they lacked?
