Now they let someone into their backyard that's going to grow name recognition at least in NWA if not further into Arkansas in the coming years. The name doesn't matter.  It's the idea that we may not have gotten the best price available.  Skepticism is normal based on the fact that no one here had heard of the new sponsor 24 hours ago, and that we have a buffoon running things.  It would be weird not to assume this was a bad deal given the normal way of doing things around here. 

Expect a Yurachek relative to show up on CAFCU's payroll in the near future if the past is any indication.

It's not about turning down more money as much as it is not working hard enough or making enough contacts to expand the field of bidders.   Not even Hunter is dumb enough to turn down a higher offer, but it's silly to dismiss the likelihood that he's lazy enough to not beat the bushes for prospects. 

Then there's also the fact that the deal with Reynolds expired in 2024.  You have to account for the fact that he left two years worth of potential revenue on the table.  You would think he would have been trying to close the deal sooner so that gap wouldn't happen.
