I don't watch much NFL and don't really care. But I was flipping back and forth between playoff basketball and the draft...

Was Roger Goodell drunk? Fumbling and mispronouncing every other word and player's name he pronounced. Very unprofessional. A kid gets a once in a lifetime opportunity and he fucks it up royally. It's not like they can't clear it up and give him one last update on what to say once every 10-15 minutes.

I think he was in bad pain.  He recently had back surgery and supposedly players were told not to hug him. That first lineman came out and did a duplex and then a pile driver on him.  You could tell it fucked him up.  He started that years ago to offset all the boos.

Former Razorback RB Jonathan Williams announced he has retired from the NFL. Most recently with the Redskins Commanders. I always felt like this dude never really got a great shot, always seemed to run hard when i saw him play in the league.

With the draft coming up I imagine the writing was already on the wall.

You have to block and pick up blitzes unless you're elite.  If you're not making the blocks you're a journeyman.

I hope that dumbass GM picks Spencer rattler in the 2nd.  Blank was on video basically in a WTF was that moment.  They didn't call cousins until right before the pick went in. 
They could have traded down and got him later. 

He will be a bust. He's easy to hurt, but his accuracy in the middle is suspect.  He'll be 28 by the time he plays if not 30.  ATL needed a EDGE badly and they whiffed.  And I'm pissed at Jerry for trading a 4 when drunk for fucking Trey Lance.  At least he picked up a 3 and got the OT they were going to pick at 24. 

Zach Wilson fixed by Payton?  Ko fucking way.  Zach will be plowing all the milfs in Denver but he won't be QBing there.  You can't fix terrible mechanics, bad reads, and bad blitz pickups.  He's a hot mess. Which Payton then drafted nix at 12.  More stupidity.

No one was expecting penix to be drafted in the top 10 going all the way back to December. They can't say they didn't expect him to be there and he was too good to pass up.
