I think he was expecting a playing time/role commitment that Cal wasn't willing to give with Acuff and Thomas incoming.

I think so. There was mutual interest. He probably got a pretty nice bag since he was one of the top shooters in the portal. Kid can shoot it.

Bama/Arizona is some fast paced and pretty good basketball.  Not sure who I'm rooting for other than natural disaster in Birmingham.

After watching this, we didn't miss out on anything by not taking Wilkerson.   

He would be our fourth or fifth best guard, depending on whether you count Billy as a guard or forward. A less talented version of Maleek Thomas.
