I have some good friends from LR who are big UALR supporters. In the past they have attended a lot of games. But they hate Darrell Walker and don't go at all any more. They say he is an asshole, personality wise.

I'm not sure Bobby Knight was an asshole off the court. I have another friend in Lubbock who got to be good friends with him when he was at Texas Tech. He really liked BK.

Wasn't Carl Johnson the BOT member who helped get the ball rolling on the Petrino hire and made Jeff Long actually return the call to his agent?

Vandy won today against Florida. So they have a little momentum for them going into the tournament. But I'm glad they are our first round opponent, I would think we'd want to get the taste of that last Fayetteville game out of our mouths.

Prediction:

After the in-season holiday tournaments and huge payouts the good players who have earned a healthy payday will go into knee management like never before. If the NCAAT doesn't figure a way to monetize for the players it's going to a lead to a shit show similar to football bowl games.
