By the way I share Jay Bilas's repeated and obvious disgust for replays, especially out of bounds replays, at the end of games. There Has To Be A Better Way. (His suggestion was one coach's challenge instead of automatic reviews).

I'm sure I am being Master Of The Obvious, but of course so is he.

I'm fine with the replays.  Refs can't see the ball roll off a guys hands.  If you're down by 1 and a correct call gives you the ball, I'm for whatever is required to get the call right.  

Jay didn't say shit two minutes earlier when the call went for Michigan.  Went it was our turn to benefit, he didn't give a shit about getting the call correct.  Only that it was rediculous to make the review.

Well that's the opposite of what Jay & I want -- fewer replays, not more, and especially cutting out all the "going to the monitors" under the last 2 minutes. One coach's challenge under the last 2 minutes is the proposal.

There needs to be a timer on reviews (1:00 at most) and if a game has a 10+ pt margin within the last minute, reviews only on flagrant fouls.  If the officials can't determine in 1 minute then the call stands.

I know you're a Braves fan so just a fun dig on you.  Somebody will create a "Maddux hack" and change it to 6" outside the black program.  But, I agree with the automated strike zone.

It's weird watching a game, not Arkansas, when you can tell who the announcers really favor. Rafferty and Jay Williams sounded extremely disappointed, like talking in a whisper, when Purdue charged with under a minute left.

All game they've been Purdue-ish.
