We had a juco TE (Genross) pull out of his commitment. With Hasz, Washington, Gumms...plus add in some other scrub commitment from Denmark plus we have Easter who was a true freshman this season. Not sure how many more TEs we really need but it was starting to sound like a Bert roster. To me Genross was a big body that we were probably looking at for being a blocking TE which had zippo to do with guys like Washington and Hasz.

Do we still have that blocking TE transfer from Louisville?

Ole Miss has now landed the number 1 and 2 edge rushers in the portal and is about to get Nolen. Definite playoff team next year.

Exactly this. I can dig up my recent post where I laid it out but his teams have folded like a cheap suit when the stakes are even moderately high.

They will just be Texas A&M East.

The bigger difference is that, beyond his first year with Nutt holdovers, Bobby never lost a game that he should have won (as measured by talent, ranking, etc).

Excluding Kiffin's first year for fairness, he lost to:

What ended up being a pretty bad Auburn team in 2021 (they were ranked and 5-2 going in though).

Arkansas, Miss State, and Texas Tech in 2023.
