All based on that one Danyelle tweet where she said someone at school had asked Mariah about the rumors. The Musselmans intentionally put that out there to create a narrative where mean old Arkansas fans were trying to run them off and would stoop to talking shit about Eric to his daughter.

I believe Torres.  It's out now that Cal was desperately looking to get out and our job opening was a blessing.

Once HY ran into problems with Muss I'm sure he was always assessing this.  Names in the media were to keep pressure off of Calipari and family until a deal could be done.

Not saying a call wasn't made to Beard, but the rest is likely all AD leaking names to divert pressure.  It was beautiful, UK and national media had zero idea until the leaks last night.  Wess Moore appears to be the first to really know.

I doubt his new contract is inked and certainly don't think his buyout is prohibitive for UK.

He's also not in their top 3-4 as far as we can tell.

If they hire Donovan we don't get any more dominoes falling. Worst outcome.

100% agree. I want dominoes to fall and impact as many SEC schools as possible. Bama will not recover if they lose Oats. Same for Pearl and Auburn. Same for Beard and OM. It would be funny if UK took Beard after the tweets him and Carter put out.

I also think Donovan is more of a risk than many think.
