Can anybody see Calipari sticking around for this more than a few seasons?  I mean unlike some of the other turds we overpaid to hang around before, he has a Hall of Fame legacy to protect.  He'll want to get out before his past accomplishments are overshadowed and obliterated by this suckitude.  So no matter how comfortable he is with that large paycheck, I can't see him piling his career on a pyre and striking a match for a few dollars more.

We didn't get peak Calipari. We got a coach who has had the game pass him by, he has been on the decline for years now. Arkansas has a better win/loss record than Kentucky over the last five seasons. He's already in the HoF, how much can his legacy really be tainted here? He'll be happy to collect big checks while we do less with more on the court.

I have this impulsive thing where I keep looking at the roster thinking surely there's something on that bench. Shirley. That one kid Casmir Chavis hasn't played at all this season near as I can tell...he was regarded as a "D1 talent" coming out of the Minnesota high school ranks was player of the year up there according some publication, think he's been in street clothes so there may be no plans for him this season. Maybe he's hurt or maybe he's not cleared to play...no idea. Maybe he had to sit out the first semester?

I think we need to get smaller though because we really suck with lateral quickness with these "bigs" on the floor together.

Chavis played in the Maryland Eastern Shore game. That was the only game where the scrubs played and we had to be up 60 points before Cal decided to put them in. I don't think the end of the bench guys will get any run even with Boogie gone. Apparently Billy Richmond is going to play backup point. We are fucked.

I look for Cal to "Saban" after a year or two. The whole college sports collective is fucked because of the NIL fiasco. Older coaches are rich enough to say screw it, and leap into retirement or broadcasting.

I agree with your skepticism.  Per Cal, Boogie injured the wrist/hand during the Florida game.  So he plays in Ole Miss and Mizzou game, is our leading shot-taker in both those games, all with a wrist/hand that needs surgery?

I'm not disagreeing at all.  I would like to know what he damaged and when it happened.  To Cardiac's point, he has been playing wtih the injury for weeks now.  It doesn't sound like he broke or tore something significant eough that he couldn't play if pushed.  

I will hold the opinon that if we were top 10 and being talked about as a 1 or 2 seed then he would still be playing.  

I also will hold that opinion that as an internet persona and general dumbass fan, I'm talking out of my butt.

Never understood the hate that kid got. He was injured and got healthy enough to come back and play. Not many kid's would've done that. Especially with all rhe shit he got from the fans.
