Cool

Maybe we will start landing some feelers.

I'm telling myself we are looking for the right combination of pieces trying to feel out who's going to work best plus we're probably waiting on some NBA draft evals. They'll be some that stay in and others that remove their name. That will happen in the next month. No sense in getting a commit for a guy that will be in the G next season.

Cal said it will be a slow process.

"I got fired for using free speech" yea imagine getting killed over it

aaron

Ok, so I'm getting impatient. Shouldn't they have wrapped up NIL contracts by now?

BASS

Media peeps are saying cal doesn't do this stuff quickly and it could be June before we have a roster filled out.
Fuck your feelings
Ain't found a way to kill me yet

I was wondering the same thing.

I think Bobby, his first time around, said something like "if you can just get a recruit to visit Fayetteville, they'll see what we have and they'll come play for you. The problem is convincing them to schedule a visit."

I think we have our guy that can do the convincing on the basketball side.

From Richard Davenport in today's ADG.

Quaintance has visited Louisville and says he plans to visit Memphis and Arkansas, although no dates have been set.

Boogie Fland says he has talked with Calipari and that he is much wanted in Fayetteville. When asked if he plans to visit. He says he doesn't know yet, he has to talk with his people first.
I really don't care, Margaret.

"his people?"
Lots of people got their hands out I'm sure. It's not what HE Wants.
The same people demanding everyone embrace your beliefs, have zero tolerance and condemn another for embracing theirs.  Oh, the irony.

They all have "people" who must be consulted now.

Boogie Fland sounds like a defensive back.

He's visiting this week.

To me he sounds like a center fielder, but I think I'm thinking of Mookie. Wasn't more there more than one Mookie? I remember the one for the Mets.

Edit:
Mookie Wilson, the Mets.

Mookie Betts, I think an Oklahoma PG?

Right.  Mookie Betts was another NL baseball player. Getting all my Mookies confused.
