Hog defense is coming apart in the 2nd.

Allowed 3 runs thus far with bases loaded. Should've been a routine 6-3 or 6-4 putout to end it 8-1 but Souza didn't cover 2nd and a run scored. Then a wild pitch brought home another run.

EDIT - Gaeckle pulled in the 2nd for Jimenez.

Having a reliever that can do this is huge. Starters are always going to have a bad game. Being able to count on pen pitching to win games is what champions do.
