Despite blatant examples every week on ineptitude, stupidity, or outright signs of corruption by their refs the league continues its hard line stance that everything is perfect with officiating.

It's time to deploy sensors and drones to replace the refs.

I don't think so...if a QB passes and it bounces off a lineman and he catches it he can't throw it again but he can advance the ball. illegal touching would be something akin to going out of bounds and back in or ineligible down field. If the pass hits the lineman behind the LOS maybe he can advance but I don't think so.

I didn't see the play you are referring to so I really can't comment any further.
