That is like the 3rd time I've heard about the lights not working when coming in to meet the players.  I assume just like with BWA for what seemed like 5 years they never would fix the lights. If only there was someone up there in charge of making sure that stuff is done and budgeted for. 

My thoughts were maybe the halls were intentionally dimmed down low for dramatic effect or something. IDK but Silverfield has made a point of saying it was stupid more or less.
