I'll be your bus driver over the next 4 seasons.

I ask that you stay behind the yellow line while the bus is in motion.

Also, we have a bathroom in the back, but as a curtesy to the other riders, please no # 2s.

No way he gets 4. No way.

HogOfWar

It would be funny if he finds another directional school to go to at the end of the year and we boot Heresyourcheck at the same time.

#2's are what this program is built on. How dare you try to ban them.

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

If every game looks like this, I'd say he wouldn't last the season, but I don't know what they'd do for a coach if we didn't let him on the plane after a loss.

TC

Down 33 and you're letting the snap clock get down to 10 seconds every play.

Chad 2.0 is well under way. I don't even think Nick Saban himself could turn this "program" around. It's dead. It's radioactive at this point. It's gone.
Change the mascot to the Chernobyls and all our gear can have this from now on:
The same people demanding everyone embrace your beliefs, have zero tolerance and condemn another for embracing theirs.  Oh, the irony.

I positive you could give this football program a 60 million dollar a season NIL budget and we would manage to get mediocre results.

You can see that the leadership has no clue when it bragged about it's 20 million dollars or whatever it was and then some other ho hum program (South Carolina) was supposedly at 40 million for NIL. It's a leadership issue and needs to be fixed preferably by somebody that really has an in with the Walton's and anyone high up the Wal-Mart food chain would do real nicely.

We just got thumped by a program that would be viewed as maybe 11th thru 14th in the SEC. Let that soak in for a minute.

Thin Red Swine

I don't think it's right to call it darksider anymore, especially when our leadership belongs on the short bus.

The disdain is out in the light of day, and rightly so.

FNG

It would appear that RS is "all hat and no cattle" but, (as others have pointed out) unless Arkansas hires a gunslinger AD/staff that is part Jimmy Sexton and part Joel Osteen and has never seen a corner he won't cut or a line he won't cross, the Hogs could hire the chimera of Vince, Bear and Nick and would still lose.

Boarat

We're never getting out of this hole.

The Whyte Boar

He is worse than Chad.  Chad could at least evaluate talent.  This guy doesn't have a clue.

HY has got to be gone first and soon.

The Whyte Boar

If Indiana can do it, we can do it.  But I do not know how.

On coaching changes since Ford the only the one to have immediate success was Nutt and those guys were a Ford built team that had matured into a few future NFL players and a bunch of dudes that ended up being decent college guys.

Petrino completely overhauled the program and still went 5-7. His first season was by far his worst.

Bert put up donuts his first two seasons after trying to turn us into a plodding Big 10 program. Then proceeded to land us in that 4-7 win zone.

Chad made us so mind numbing soft it's hard to fathom what the fuck he was thinking. Those guys wouldn't have been good in the Sun Belt.

Pittman was the "veteran p4 coach" that was gonna get the foundation laid for the next guy LOL. That might have happened if they handed it off sooner to someone else.

Interim Petrino made us semi entertaining and competitive...the defense was so god awful. Petrino was put into an impossible situation and predictably looked bad. It looked a lot like his final season at Louisville.

Silverfield inherited a program short on NIL, virtually no professional talent on hand, charged with changing a losing culture and has proceeded to bring an offense that looks extremely dated, soft, and absent fundamentals. He's had to swap out like 70 dudes on a 105 man roster which would really mean something if it weren't for the fact that many other schools have had to do the same thing over the last few years. It's a tall task to say the least and won't get better any time soon especially if the money isn't there to do anything about it. I don't blame him for this shit I blame the no account AD who has pulled another disappearing act because he knew this season was gonna be a shit show. I bet come basketball season his ass will be in front of the cameras though.

Don't even concern yourself with who the next head coach will be because it won't matter until we see some real magic trick shit happen like hiring an AD that takes on a win at all fucking costs mentality. Like any head coach I think we have to give the guy a couple years...the deal is you can have quick fixes these days and the fans see it happen elsewhere and wonder why it isn't happening at Arkansas.

I'm sure if you are a player right now you are probably letting a lot of the noise get into your head. These guys were told all week they are losers (because they are) and at some point you begin to believe it. The schedule is absolutely brutal for a new head coach to come in. You get a surface of the sun kickoff to start the season with a meh crowd. Then you fly out to Utah to get prison sex'd only to come home with Georgia on your front porch with it's dick in it's hand. As I said before Utah at best is a mid-tier SEC program and likely bottom 3rd and just had it's way with us. Meanwhile Missouri keeps churning out productive QBs. Miss State's offense looks really good with their kid QB and 2nd year coach. Ole Miss under 1st year coach looks good. Hell other than Auburn which I haven't really paid much attention to there aren't many SEC programs other than Arkansas that hasn't looked pretty strong.

We started the season uninspired under a new coaching staff...let that sink in for a moment. This isn't going to go well.

Hunter decided around week 4 last season that this was his guy. He absolutely cannot be involved in any more decision making.

I agree with this.  Remember the reports out of that Memphis guy about two weeks after we fired Sam that we already had a deal with Silverfield?  Well, he was exactly right.  Everything else was window dressing.  HY already had his guy.

As for the rest, time to build is not a thing anymore.  It isn't realistic to expect hi  to win 11 this year, but there has to be something to build on because next year we'll have 70 new guys again and start all over again.

BleedinRed

I just go back to RS saw these QBs through the fall and said "Let's roll!"

He saw this offensive line and said, "these are my guys".

He hired this offensive coordinator.

He brought in 80+ new players.  All of which fit his vision of what a group who wouldn't suck ass looked like.

He can't evaluate talent for shit.

I'm with you.  There's 1-1, and there's 1-1. We're in the shit end of the pond.  Had this team smoked una, played inspired and crisp, then played Utah tough , is feeling ok.  It's what you want in a rebuilding year. Instead we've seen a team even less inspired than Sam's, playing just as ineptly, lazy, shitty.  2-10 to 1-11.  Thanks Yuri.

Like animal said above, most schools around the conference have a pretty good to very good QB. I just can't wrap my head around why he thought KJ was the guy. And the backup is worse???
Is it that hard to find a good QB these days with money to throw at them? Can they not throw some money at 2 tackles that can block?
These guys were more worried about the 🐱 and dolla bills this summer than trying to learn football I guess.
The same people demanding everyone embrace your beliefs, have zero tolerance and condemn another for embracing theirs.  Oh, the irony.
