The doomsday scenario we've been dreading since 2012 is that we don't hire Petrino and Auburn ends up hiring him.

I saw them talking about that guy for several minutes during the game like he was some sort of unique roster guru.  I know GT has a roster guy just like him that they got from the Bears (don't laugh, he seems to be doing well). I think I have heard y'all say we have one too.

It would be like saying during the world series, "Wow, this team has a manager and he is in the dugout and everything!"

Well. Not something to brag about on this board but I am taking my Mizzou son to Nashville this weekend for the game @ Vandy.

He is going to attend GameDay but I told him I didn't feel like standing outside for 2-3 hours so he can go do that while I stay back and whittle or whatever else you do in Nashville on a Saturday morning.

But if the Vandy Pimp is going to be there....

If you get a chance go to The Loveless Cafe to eat while you are there, take it.  It is one of my new favorite places this year.  Not fancy, but everything is good and the biscuits push you on over to slobberin'.
