I don't regularly watch Pat Mcaffe's show, but had it on Friday. He showed the spread for FSU vs the rest of the Top 25. They were underdogs in 13 of the matchups. Roughly even with Ole Miss.

FSU has now won 19 consecutive games, dating back to October 2022.

Of course the 2023 team shouldn't unreservedly be given any credit for the 2022 team work. But it does mean there was that much more pressure on the 2023 team to keep such a streak going.

There is such a thing as inexplicable momentum that keeps a team winning beyond all reason. See: Auburn, 2013.

That's a poor look for cornrows. Getting fucked is just part of the game. Both teams should be treating this as a "national championship" game and making overtures to consider the winner the co-national champion.

Both teams are going to have players out.  There's a rumor that FSU could only have 50 players available.  This is just what a 4-team playoff has caused - the rest of the bowls don't matter. 

Let FSU and Georgia agree to make it a scrimmage for getting young players ready for next season.  Let Cornrows and Kirby dress as clowns, make a spectacle of it.  Just don't back out of a game entirely.
