I'm at a loss as to why guys like you and TWB are not in some role within an athletic department somewhere.  Yall apparently have cracked the code.

I don't know why you guys think it is so hard.  The formula is easy, the application is hard.

Succeeding as a football coach and as a program is no different than succeeding at running a business or being a good battalion commander or whatever.  You implement a system and you stick to it.  You get organized, pay strict attention to detail, and you outwork everyone else.  That's pretty much all it takes in any line of work. 

I don't think there is a single person on this board in the entire state who would say Sam is an anal retentive stickler for detail who works harder than anyone else.  He is Houston Nutt with less native talent.
