I'm not anti HY, but how is going to raise money, hire coaches, etc., when it is known he is trying to get another job?  Any coach wants to know the AD has his back.  Any big money guy gives the money after a relationship being established with the AD.

You're not going to find very many examples of somebody in an equivalent position in any industry who gets to flirt with another job without being told to GTFO by his bosses.  It's pretty much a sign of weakness and you have a ship without a rudder on your business if you let a guy with one foot out the door run it.
