How about something simple like, "The Liberty Bowl does a good job and we are very pleased to represent the University of Arkansas and in a proud bowl with a lot of tradition." 

We're going.  We're not unhappy or rude about it.  But the Liberty Bowl is  not our standard and we expect better for ourselves and the program.

Currently watching this Youtube doc on Akeldama (Field of Blood) where it is said Judas hung himself in shame and the site was later used as a burial field. Neat stuff...they should name the Liberty bowl after that.
