That ain't no shit, neither. I was on the front row right behind our bench on the 45 in Athens that day. That all unfolded right in front of me. What a day. Hot as bf'n hell, but what a day. That walk back up the hill from Sanford Stadium was rough, but maybe my favorite game in attendance other than '99 Tennessee.

My 3 favorite road games were this one, Tenn 99 and Austin Matt Jones running wild. I was drunk as hell after the Austin game so the year escapes me.

99 was the Stoerner redemption game. We won and he's on the field hugging his hot cheerleader girl at the time.

The one earlier 90s I think we won on a late field goal miracle or some such.

Todd Wright hit a 40 yarder to win it.  I was 10 remember watching it at my grandmas house.  Dad kept getting in trouble for cussing the tv.   Good times.

That was it. I still remember listening to the Vol call-in show after the game driving back to the hotel. Majors had just come back because of heart problems and the callers were BRUTAL. 1st one said they lost the game on purpose because Majors liked Frank and wanted us to do well in the SEC. 2nd said he hoped all the games went down to the wire and the Vols lost so Majors would have a heart attack. They stopped taking calls after that.

That was a good year for me to go to away games.  I lived in Atlanta and went to see us at South Carolina (the week after Citadel) and at Tennessee.  We kicked SC's ass and later in the year got Johnny Majors fired at Tennessee. That was the beginning of the Fat Phil era for the Vols.

They were PISSED after that game.  I remember the griping coming out of the stadium and listening to that call in show while stuck in traffic getting out of Knoxville.  It was glorious!

I had tickets to the Citadel game and it was so hot that we decided not to go sit in those hot bleacher seats on the east side. In a way, I wish I had went so I could say I was there but the game would have given me a regular stroke with a heat stroke on top of it. Probably for the best.

92 was when I went to the LSU game, which was my first in Razorback Stadium and decided to go to Arkansas instead of LSU. We were living Louisiana at the time. I loved the Ozarks and the band sealed the deal. Saw my orthodontist in the union.

to think that you sat in the stadium that day and said, "We have hit rock bottom.  Can't get any worse than this."

I wasn't at the '92 Tennessee game but it's one of the first ones I remember watching on TV by myself start-to-finish. I had just turned 11 that week. Darwin Ireland recovered the onside kick right before Wright's GW FG.

My first in-person game was at the Dump a couple weeks earlier against that eventual '92 national champion Bama team.

I somehow left LSU 2010 out of this. The Miracle on Markhams were cool outcomes but not exactly great games.

Favorite in-attendance loss (if there is such a thing) has to be the Ohio State Sugar Bowl. It was an awesome stage to be on given my lifetime of Razorback football. The loss hurt but it was OK because we were about to be in the conversations for those types of bowls every year. Then that asswipe Jeff Long had other ideas.

i've looked at some other teams boards and nobody is really talking about it.

with basketball doing so well and the fact that there's another portal period next month, i don't think anyone's getting excited about 8 minute videos of some guys that won't even be on the team come fall.
