RE: KJ Jackson...I think he's your #2 QB right now. I think everyone got the feeling Madden Immaleaven had secured the #2 job in spring but Jackson may have beaten him out and they just aren't saying it. You almost have to be guarded in how you talk about your own guys anymore. Talking them up certainly increases their value.

I'm a bit confused about Trever Jackson....he was a four star out of high school but had to walk-on at FSU? I guess this whole NIL shit has really fucked high school crootin that much. Supposedly Bobby wanted him at A&M but the regime change had that all messed up.

Grayson Wilson probably doesn't figure into any immediate plans but certainly he'll have an opportunity to get into that 3 deep convo.


These spring games I don't think there's really any justification in playing them anymore or at least not publicly. I think they'll probably move away from public spring games at some point. Too often it's cold and wet or lightning and rain. Now you got to contend with dudes putting out tape and getting grabbed up by some other program. There's a lot of this transfer shit that needs fixed and it doesn't help with them giving guys 200k and then they fuck off to UCLA 3 months later. If you are a NIL donor that's gotta discourage more pissing away money with no return.

It's not too far fetched from the current reality to say let some other school and coaching staff prep the team in spring and August, then pay everyone to come put on the University of Arkansas uniform and field a team in the fall.
