Except I have literally never seen any sort of semblance of any mizzou fans here. You see fans from all over. Ohio state, Wisconsin, like everywhere but I've never seen anyone donning anything mizzou. But I'm told their fan support is majestic!

Why would there be Mizzou fans in Memphis?

I lived in KC area for 7 or 8 years and the only single time I can really remember the Missouri Tigers football team on tv was...well never. I don't think it happened once unless you count some kind of Boom The Dynamite local broadcast. Of course that was eons ago, much different times but still Nebraska, Ohio State, and other flavors were on tv every weekend. Tiger wrestling was on tv more.

Hell I guess for the same reason you see fans of all other sec teams and big ten teams represented here. Just a melting pot of transplants from all over. I guess the mizzou grads just never got suckered into moving here or I just never see any. It's no further than Knoxville, Baton Rouge, Athens or Fayetteville.

Most people in KC don't give a damn about college sports or they're casuals, they're all about the Chiefs. For the ones that do, I'd say there are more KU fans, especially on the Kansas side in Johnson County. This isn't surprising since Lawrence isn't that far away. There is also a sizable KState fan base, though not as big as MU. Back when Nebraska was a big deal, there were a ton of casual NU football fans. There is even a small but diehard Iowa State fan base that shows up strong at the BB tournament. KC has always been a divided city and always will.

My wife's family live in Johnson County, Leawood and Overland Park, so we are up there once or twice a year.  I would agree it seems like a pro sports town.  I won't claim to have more knowledge than anyone who lives there, but based on my scientific eyeball test, and using Scheel's as my lab, it looks like the Chief's dominate, followed by the Royals and Jayhawks(basketball, not football) tied for second.  In her extended family, there are multiple KU and K-State alumni, but only one Mizzou alum, and he married in.  I think he still considers KU their biggest rival.

last week the program generated record revenue and this week we have no monies.

next week it will be Waddles Pity Party is blind in one eye as is half the staff so the rest of the SEC has an eye advantage too.  (Waddles and Fountain are handicaps unto themselves). Green could have vision issues too hence the trouble reading defenses and under/over throwing receivers.

To ask the question is to answer it.

He found greater success with Lamar, at least at the QB level. Didn't win as many as he did with Mallett/Wilson, but Lamar being the Heisman winner, NFL starter convinced Bobby to make that his offensive style going forward

Personally I prefer a classic under center offense over spread option stuff. 2010-2011 and Brandon Allen as QB under Dan Enos are my favorite Arkansas offenses

Me too but there aren't many QBs or WRs coming out of high school now that can run those kinds of offenses anymore. A lot of pros even struggle with what was traditionally a "pro-style" offense.

Defenses sure as hell know how to play against it though.
