We looked fine. A lot like last year at this time, but with slightly better receivers and a bit more methodology to our offensive play calling. Which means I expect us to look a lot less streaky than we did last year.

Sategna got a little playing time last year. Not sure if it was enough to burn his redshirt, but I'm afraid it was, believe he will be a sophomore in the fall. His parents were track stars and he's got elite speed.

I agree the QBs pass the eye test. Even Fortin looked somewhat serviceable in the Enos system. Now before we suck each others peckers it's just spring and the QBs were off limits and all that. I think KJ running a little less and learning to be a pocket QB under center is going to help him tremendously for the next level. Singleton certainly isn't a "project" he's a QB and will probably push hard for being the starter in 24 over the other guy that also looked better than any backup we've had lately. Dare I say this team showed some "buy in" that was never seen at all last season to include spring ball.

I liked what I saw from Washington at TE...he may be the first TE we've had in a little while that's got legit talent. Didn't see much of Teesla after the first few series. That other guy Armstrong? I thought would be rail thin but he came in stronger looking than I thought.

I didn't notice that Quincy McAdoo out there yesterday. Hoping he makes a big jump.

Also Johnson at RB still isn't on the fricking field. Knee management and all.
