OG Anunoby getting a 5 yr/212.5 mil deal from the Knicks. 

Don't get me wrong...I hate the Knicks. But decisions like these are why they continue to suck. Giving these deals and wasting cap space on chumps while they're actually a destination for stars in free agency.

Probably tied w/ the Cowboys as the worst-ran pro franchises w/ the potential they have.

I'm looking at his stat lines and apparently according to wiki he played 23 games last season and 27 the season before that. And overall he's missed a lot of games in college and the pros. But sure lets get that man 200 million.

Malik Monk was unrestricted and signed a 4-yr/$78 mil deal last week to stay in SAC.

Knicks are paying 220% of that per year for this clown...for 5 years. I know most of Woopig doesn't follow NBA but this is a monumentally terrible deal. Right up there w/ what Mike Jordan gave Nic Batum to come to Charlotte several years back.

I'll never understand the NBA salary cap. Some teams are paying stupid luxury taxes. A cap should be a don't go over this amount.

Not hardly. Laughing at those comparing him to Thabeet. Thabeet didn't want to work, that was his downfall. He had no desire to be a basketball player. Edey has improved every season at Purdue, and that's in part to his great work ethic. I'm guessing you didn't pay any attention to the draft combine? He has improved greatly with his footwork and skill level, besides being just "large."

He'll have JJJ and Brandon Clarke as the bigs that can defend the perimeter against guys like Jokic, Sabonis and Wemby. He'll do just fine guarding guys like Gobert. Edey's main job will be to set screens, gobble up rebounds, and hammer down lobs from Ja.

just because your parents are rich doesn't make you rich...look at Tori Spelling. Her dad was a billionaire and left her nothing and now she lives in a trailer park with 6 kids. Always good to get an education to have something to fall back on. Look at all the nfl, nba ect players who didn't give a shit about education and just was hungry for that money....then they sucked, were ill advised on investments, wasted their money or got an injury and living the poor life now.
