These guys all saying shit like "They said we can't play together but look at us now"...who said that? Nobody. Brown and Tatum both saying they had naysayers but I don't see it.

Celtics are just fucking weird when they win.  Remember Kevin Garnett's "Anything is possible!" shout after they won the Finals... in which they were favored to win?  NBA hasn't had as much of the "cool factor" since then.

I really hate the latest incarnation of what the NBA has become.  I wouldn't have thought it possible that the three point shot could be boring, but it sure is.  With a team like the Celtics the midrange game is completely gone.  It's jack up a three or drive all the way to the rim almost every single time down the court.

I guess other people agree since it seems like I read this finals had the lowest television rating in years.  I don't care enough to look it up and see if I am remembering correctly.

This is the first year I didn't watch a single game all year. Very few highlights.

It's a strategy as old as the hills.  Teams tend to stay focused better when they have a chip on their shoulder, whether real or manufactured.  The coaching staff in this case probably manufactured it and reinforced it throughout the season.

They hired him after he was fired from the Suns.

he got a little over $20 million for getting fired from the suns last year. now this.

he'll get the cash from the pistons. some of these owners look at it as a flex to be able to throw away money.

well he can't do anything till he retires but he wants a piece of the pie. On another note fuck more teams in the league that's just gonna extend the season longer when it should be over by April at the latest. It's ridiculous how long the nba drags out a season
