Don't know how true it is but I read where one of the dangers is that it cuts lean mass instead of fat by a disproportionate amount.  Typically 75% of weight lost should be fat, with the other somewhere around 20-25% being lean mass.
With Ozempic people are losing a larger percentage of lean mass than fat.  Still losing weight, but the "wrong" type of weight.  Again, not sure if that's true or not.

I'm on my second Dr. Pepper today.  This authentic blend of 23 flavors is wonderful.  I feel bad for all that you folks are missing by trying to avoid death by a year or two.

I saw that as well, but wondered if you could combat that by eating a shitload of protein and working out.

We have a couple of friends (women) who used it with great success.  Don't think I want to risk it to lose maybe ten pounds of remaining fat.
Perish peacefully in a warm environment.

For $7 mil I'll put a webcam in front of my shitter so I can answer fan questions while I drop the Longhorns off in College Station.

the side effects don't seem worth the risk but it appears every housewife is abusing it. Supposedly your face ages faster when using and you shit a lot and vomit. Also they don't even know the long term effects so no thanks. If you're too lazy to actually do the work and lose weight the healthy way then you'll just gain the weight back once off. Probably causes cancer eventually
Yep. I'm not trying to be a dick about it. It could have lived. It didn't. Not by my choice. -Elvis

I was put on Vyctoza for diabetes a couple years ago and it helped my A1C but my kidney numbers sucked.  I was them switched to Trulicity and it would rally reduced my appetite and I started losing weight.  I was then moved to Mounjaro which really kickstarted weight loss.  So far I'm down around 70 pounds.

Ozempic and Mounjaro are super weight loss drugs and are not covered for that and aren't covered by my BCBS for diabetes.
So it could run you $800-1200 a month if you can't get a coupon.

Mounjaro nearly killed me.  When my endo moved me up to 10mg it hit me like a ton of bricks.  Pancreatitis, pancreatitis king and shitting and cramping for two weeks.  We shed I was dead.  Endo said she'd never heard of that.  I said wach the fucking commercial; it's 2/3 disclaimer for pancreatitis or murdering you.  Fired her ass.

New endo said some diabetics have low bowel motility and these drugs cause low motility so my system crashed. tried a lower dose of Mounjaro and it didn't work either so back to Trulicity.  The weight loss is slower but more fat.  Mounjaro and Ozempic eat muscle mass big time hence the term Ozempicbutt.

So you had pancreatitis they attributed to Mounjaro and your new doc put you back on it but at a lower dose???  That seems a bit aggressive/crazy.

For the "It barely gets to 70 degrees crowd"....JUST SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Quote from: buff2.0 on Jul 17, 2023, 01:45 PMAOD 9604 Peptide.  Vintage Muscle has a topical spray but it also includes epiandro and will mess with your body's hormone levels if you don't cycle it.  I think they have a pure AOD 9604 spray coming out in a few weeks that you can take as long as you need it.

Do you have experience with this?
The very pants I was returning.

I've used their current spray-on and I've used nasal sprays of AOD.  I'll do extra cardio before I inject myself with anything.  When I go from a bulking cycle back onto trying to lean out I've had good experience with AOD 9604.  Especially the nasal spray but it felt like snorting jet fuel.

So I shouldn't mention that here in NE Wisconsin it's been in the mid 50's in the mornings, 70's during the day and I can't remember when I've had the a/c on? But we have had bad air quality from the Canadian wildfires, sky is real hazy.
I need help and I know it.

hit_that_line

I love all the talking heads saying the upper Midwest is going to be a vast migratory destination for people from the sunbelt. Women ugly as sin and snow on the ground 9 months of the year. Hard pass.

BleedinRed

Even on the hottest day the south is the more superiors place to be.  The people alone are enough to stay down here.  And that accounts for places like Memphis and Jackson MS.

Get back to us in mid-January.  ;D
