I'm watching the Ole Miss/State game.  

State shoots a free throw and misses.  But, a state player touches the ball above the rim and then Ole Miss touches it.  The refs miss the first touch, call ole Miss for the goal tend, and award State 2 points.  

At the next tv timeout they review and determine State actually committed the goal tend before Ole Miss and therefore shouldn't have been awarded points. 

The color commentary guys couldn't figure out why they took 2 points off the board instead of 1 point.  They kept talking about how it should have been 1 point and they don't get it.

My point is the world is full of retards.  Sports seems to have a very high concentration too.

Purdue is kind of a Georgia Tech of the north, so I guess I can root for them while Tech continues to suck at MBB.

College sports is all about the head coach, all sports.  With players rotating in and out and assistants constantly seeking the next job hop the head coaches can be the only constant lasting more than a few years.  Then again, they don't usually last that long either.  Pittman is probably in the upper half in conference tenure.

That game was painful.  We took 45 3 pointers, many unguarded.  Couldn't make enough.  14/15 of our last shots in the game were from 3. 

If we are hitting 3's we are pretty good.  Just pack it in down low and let us keep firing is the blueprint for success vs us.  We don't have anyone who can drive and score except ZZ.  Lanier is disappointing once he hit conference play.
