This lady has won EIGHTY-FIVE PERCENT of her games as a head coach over 11 seasons at Drury and GC. Her worst two seasons were each 11 games over .500. Drury lost FIVE conference games out of 110.

Her team is 32-2 this year.

That's on-the-spot hire material, stepping up in class or not.

Here is a thought...I know it's novel for Arkansas. Hire an exciting and attractive young coach with a good record and looking to make her mark and see if she can't turn the NIL situation around.

If she is a good coach, she will get offers from schools that have an established/successful NIL. Why go to a school that has already shown they don't care enough about the program to compete? You are putting her in a position not to succeed day one.
