Wade has proven to be a competitive coach in the SEC. What he did back then is now legal(ish) and who really gives a fuck. Winning is all that matters. Dude is 41 years old and could certainly have his best coaching years ahead of him and not behind him. I agree on the punchable face thing, don't really like the guy but I'll hold my nose and cheer the hire. He's also literally the only coach that can't turn this down
