Hard to believe it has been 25 years since Y2K. I'm still waiting on my computer to blow up.

Tandy Corp actually killed one of its electronics chains ( The Edge,a boutique store in high end malls) because of Y2K.  Their PoS was going to crash 1/1/2000 with out replacement or major repairs so they closed it even though it was profitable.

Feral pretty much nailed it, although the basketball team ripping our guts out is kind of a mixed result given that we probably advanced farther than we should have before Arkansasing the game away.
