Our fans are stuck in the 70s and are completely ignorant to the modern landscape and dynamics of college sports.

You have jackasses out there like Mike Irwin still using terms like "cheating" in college sports when it comes to paying players, and the low IQ chuds lap it up.

We have a sizable portion (if not the majority) of our fan base who would rather lose and be labeled as classy than win and be loathed.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - the rest of college athletics will stop treating us like a small time program when we stop acting like it.
