I adopted the Mines Orediggers as my football team after the Ole Miss lost.  They promptly lost last weekend.  So, I'm back to looking for a new team to root for...

You kid but my wife and I discussed this last weekend.  I think it is very likely he stays in Colorado if a job opportunity comes about.  Luckily both he and the school is conservative.  I don't think I've seen a kid yet that looks weird.  They are all nerdy as hell.  It also helps that he doesn't find girls with colored hair, piercings, or tatoos appealing at all.

I don't know why everyone thinks it's libtards everywhere out here. Beyond Denver proper it's all red. And most of my friends are either moderate or conservative. Hell all the black men I know here are conservative except one. Most of Denver is eaten up with idiots from California which has turned it liberal. I had a black guy tell me Saturday who was a friend of a a buddy that he's a native and Denver just ain't what it used to be since legalizing marijuana. Now all the nut jobs moved to town. He just wants to ride a horse and shoot guns and is probably gonna have to move to Wyoming.

Those guys are looking for a payday and a nice retirement. Put a carrot on the end of that string. Let them sign a contract but it pays in graduations. Win 5 games, you get x amount, and increase the amount for number of games won. I know coaches wouldn't go for that, but something needs to be done.

That contract was wild how it began because it was "ground breaking" performance based then Sexton got a hold of him and put HY over a barrel. I have to wonder what an AD with balls would have done when the contract was renegotiated. Like say idk...let him pimp limp on out of the building to some fuck stick program (not us) and then we hire another coach. What's the down side? That was after a couple years of Pittman. 

Oh and those ground breaking performance based contracts are nowhere to be found now.

I felt like at the time that Sam needed to be paid, but the buyout made no sense to me.  Sam should have had no buyout at all.
